Returns

Due to the perishable nature of dairy products, returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and a photo of the product. Our team will review the request and assist you with the return or replacement process.


Refunds

Once your request is approved, we will process a refund or provide a replacement product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed depending on your payment provider.


Exchanges
